My Bookkeeper is internal software of Berkeley Fit LLC. It processes the Company's own accounting data. It has no public users and collects no information from anyone outside the Company.

What is accessed

With the Company's authorization, the Software reads accounting records and reports from a single QuickBooks Online company: customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, chart of accounts, and standard financial reports. Access is read-only.

What is stored

• OAuth tokens — stored locally on the operator's machine with owner-only file permissions, used solely to authenticate to Intuit. Refresh tokens rotate on use.
• Accounting data — retrieved on demand for analysis. Where results are cached locally to reduce API calls, the cache stays on Company-controlled systems.

How it is used

Solely for the Company's internal bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis. The data is not sold, rented, published, or used for advertising or profiling.

AI processing

Retrieved accounting data may be summarized or analyzed by an AI assistant operating under the Company's direction, under that provider's data-protection terms. Such data is not used to train third-party models. No other third-party processors receive this data.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are removed when the connection is revoked. Local caches are deleted when no longer needed for analysis. No copy of the Company's accounting data is retained for any purpose beyond internal financial review.

Security

Credentials are held in owner-restricted local configuration and excluded from version control. All communication with Intuit uses TLS. The integration runs with a read-only tool surface, so it cannot alter the accounting record.

Your control

Access can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online without contacting us. See Disconnect.
